We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, here’s how returns work at Gem:
In-Store Purchases

Jewelry purchased in-store is eligible for store credit only within 10 days of purchase.
- Store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued.
- No refunds (cash or card) are issued for in-store purchases.
- Jewelry purchased during trunk shows and pop-ups is final sale
- All Gem Home items are final sale.

We now offer easy self-serve returns.

Return Options:
Store Credit (Complimentary Return Shipping)

- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery
- A prepaid return label is provided at no cost
- Store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected
Refund (Original Form of Payment)
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
- A prepaid return label is provided
- A 6% restocking fee will be applied
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and approved
Important Notes:
- Jewelry must be unworn and in perfect condition to be eligible for return.
- We do not accept order cancellations.
- Ring sizing requested at the time of purchase makes the item final sale.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- All sale items (unless otherwise noted
- Custom and special orders
- Trunk Show/Pop-up Inventory
- Bonded by Gem permanent bracelets
- Jewelry that has been worn or damaged
