We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, here’s how returns work at Gem:


In-Store Purchases

  • Jewelry purchased in-store is eligible for store credit only within 10 days of purchase.
  • Store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued.
  • No refunds (cash or card) are issued for in-store purchases.
  • Jewelry purchased during trunk shows and pop-ups is final sale
  • All Gem Home items are final sale.

Online Jewelry Orders

We now offer easy self-serve returns.

Return Options:

 

Store Credit (Complimentary Return Shipping)

    • Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery
    • A prepaid return label is provided at no cost
    • Store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected



      Refund (Original Form of Payment)

      • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
      • A prepaid return label is provided
      • A 6% restocking fee will be applied
      • Refunds are processed once the item is received and approved

Important Notes:

  • Jewelry must be unworn and in perfect condition to be eligible for return.
  • We do not accept order cancellations.
  • Ring sizing requested at the time of purchase makes the item final sale.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for refund or store credit:

  • All Gem Home items
  • All sale items (unless otherwise noted
  • Custom and special orders
  • Trunk Show/Pop-up Inventory
  • Bonded by Gem permanent bracelets
  • Jewelry that has been worn or damaged
